ADHD and AuDHD Specialty

When clients with ADHD/AuDHD first come to me, they’re often carrying sadness, frustration, and a painful sense of disconnection from their own capabilities. Some feel irritable or hopeless; others are anxious and no longer trust themselves to follow through. Many have noticed their symptoms getting worse or have only recently realized just how much they’ve been struggling, and want to understand what’s going on and how to help themselves.

If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. ADHD can impact focus, follow-through, time management, ability to keep track of priorities and possessions, relationships, and self-esteem, but with the right support, you can build a life that feels more manageable, connected, and fulfilling.

How My Approach is Different with Neurodivergent Clients

ADHD/AuDH therapy with me is not just “talking about problems.” It’s about understanding your brain, identifying what’s ADHD-related and what might be rooted in shame, hopelessness, attachment patterns, or past experiences.

I combine deep personal and clinical knowledge of ADHD with practical, neuroscience-based tools tailored to how your brain actually works.

That means:

Clear psychoeducation so you understand your ADHD inside and out. Strategies designed for ADHD brains, not neurotypical approaches that have failed you before. Support in building resilience and self-connection so you feel curious and motivated to keep trying new solutions. Because strategies alone aren’t enough, I help you cultivate the inner strength to keep going even when things get hard, this is an essential skill for anyone with ADHD.
