SPECIALIZED THERAPY SERVICES

Compassionate Client-Centered Approach

Support for Adults with ADHD & AuDHD

One-on-One Healing

When clients with ADHD/AuDHD first come to me, they’re often carrying sadness, frustration, and a painful sense of disconnection from their own capabilities. Some feel irritable or hopeless; others are anxious and no longer trust themselves to follow through. Many have noticed their symptoms getting worse—or have only recently realized just how much they’ve been struggling—and want to understand what’s going on and how to help themselves.

If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. ADHD can impact focus, follow-through, relationships, and self-esteem, but with the right support, you can build a life that feels more manageable, connected, and fulfilling. How My Approach is Different with Neurodivergent Clients ADHD/AuDH therapy with me is not just “talking about problems.” It’s about understanding your brain, identifying what’s ADHD-related and what might be rooted in shame, hopelessness, attachment patterns, or past experiences. I combine deep personal and clinical knowledge of ADHD with practical, neuroscience-based tools tailored to how your brain actually works. That means: Clear psychoeducation so you understand your ADHD inside and out. Strategies designed for ADHD brains—not neurotypical approaches that have failed you before. Support in building resilience and self-connection so you feel curious and motivated to keep trying new solutions. Because strategies alone aren’t enough, I help you cultivate the inner strength to keep going even when things get hard—an essential skill for anyone with ADHD.

Evaluations For Adult ADHD

What to Expect in an ADHD Evaluation

An ADHD evaluation with me is a thorough, structured process designed to give you clear answers and a roadmap forward. It typically takes three one-hour sessions and includes:

  1. Detailed history-taking — We’ll explore your background, current challenges, and how attention or executive function issues show up in your daily life.

  2. Specialized ADHD assessments — I use validated ADHD-focused tools along with broader psychometric tests to screen for other conditions that may be impacting you, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, or substance use.

  3. Personalized feedback & recommendations — I create a written report tailored to your needs. This can be brief or comprehensive, depending on your goals. As a licensed psychologist, my evaluations are accepted by medical professionals, employers, and educational institutions—including the University of Washington—for accommodations.

This process ensures that we don’t just identify ADHD—we also understand the full picture of your strengths, challenges, and next steps.

Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy with Ketamine (KAP)

Psychedelic-Assisted One-on-One Healing

You may be looking for more intensive short team psychotherapy to help you with chronic and deep unresolved issues. I offer a neuroscience-informed approach to deep emotional healing

using psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy exclusively with ketamine (also known as KAP- ketamine assisted psychotherapy )  the only legal psychedelic medicine available for therapeutic use in Washington State. This work is ideal for you because it may resolve treatment-resistant depression, severe anxiety, OCD, trauma, or chronic shame—especially when traditional talk therapy or medications haven’t been enough.

This is not a quick fix. It’s for people ready to invest in regular treatment for serious mental health concerns, supported by an experienced therapist and a trusted medical team.

Who is a good fit? Why Ketamine can help? Who provides the ketamine and medical care? You may be a good candidate if you: -Feel stuck despite prior therapy or medication. - Are living with depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, or chronic shame. -Have support systems in place (friends, family, community). - Are willing to commit time, resources, and emotional energy to your healing process. -Are open to deep therapeutic work before, during, and after medicine sessions This work is not recommended if you have an active substance addiction, unmanaged bipolar disorder, seizure disorders, psychosis, or no current support network. All clients are medically screened through my partner, Journey Clinical, before beginning treatment. Why Ketamine Can Help Ketamine works by blocking the brain’s NMDA receptors while stimulating AMPA receptors, improving brain flexibility. This opens a powerful neuroplasticity window—a period when your brain is more capable of forming new, healthier patterns. Many clients experience antidepressant and mood-enhancing effects within 1–2 hours after dosing. Research shows that 87% of Journey Clinical patients see improvements after just two clinical visits, with benefits often deepening through ongoing treatment and integration work. The KAP Process 1. Medical Consultation & Eligibility You’ll meet with a licensed Journey Clinical medical provider to review your health history, current medications, and treatment goals. 2. Personalized Treatment Plan If you’re a good candidate for KAP, your prescriber will create a tailored plan for your needs and arrange for your prescription to be delivered. 3. Preparation Sessions We’ll meet for 1–2 sessions before your dosing day to clarify your intentions, address questions, and help you feel grounded and ready. 4. Medicine Session Your ketamine dosing session will take place in a calm, supportive environment. I’ll be there to guide you, ensure your safety, and help you navigate whatever arises during the experience. Clients cannot drive themselves home after treatment and must arrange transportation. 5. Integration Sessions Within 24–72 hours after dosing, we’ll meet again to process your insights, connect them to your life, and identify ways to carry your healing forward. 6. Recommended Treatment Frequency For effective treatment of treatment-resistant depression, severe anxiety, OCD, and trauma, a series of six sessions, spaced no more than 72 hours apart, is recommended. This schedule maximizes ketamine’s neuroplasticity window for lasting results. 7. Ongoing Support Your care doesn’t stop after one series. We’ll work together—and in collaboration with your Journey Clinical medical team—to ensure your continued growth and safety. My Role as Your Therapist I provide a safe, confidential, and attuned space throughout the process—helping you prepare, guiding you through the medicine experience, and supporting you afterward to translate insights into lasting change. My background in Complex Integration of Multiple Brain Systems (CIMBS) allows me to work directly with your brain’s healing capacity, untangling old patterns of fear, shame, and grief while strengthening connection, safety, and self-compassion.

Therapy for Therapists

One-on-One Healing

As a therapist, you spend your days caring for others—holding their stories, their pain, and their hopes. But that doesn’t mean you don’t need a place of your own to feel seen, supported, and understood. In fact, sometimes being a therapist makes it harder to reach out for help. Maybe you’ve worried about confidentiality in a profession where “everyone knows everyone.” Maybe you’ve struggled to find someone who understands the unique emotional demands of this work. Or maybe you’ve been carrying countertransference, compassion fatigue, or personal struggles that are asking for your attention. Therapists are people too—our nervous systems get overloaded, our hearts get heavy, and our own life challenges still matter. In our work together, I draw on CIMBS (Complex Integration of Multiple Brain Systems), a neuroscience-based approach developed by Albert and Beatriz Sheldon. This model works with the brain’s natural systems—such as Safety, Care, and Connection—to help you move beyond survival mode and into a deeper sense of calm, self-compassion, and resilience. Here, you’ll find a space that is both confidential and deeply attuned to your needs—not just as a professional, but as a whole person. However you’ve arrived here, I’m glad you have. You don’t have to hold it all alone.
