How is our neuroscience based psychotherapy different than other psychotherapy?
Neuroscience-based therapy is experiential, focused on the "here and now" in therapy sessions. This focused attention increases your self-awareness and raise one's capacity to experience present moment awareness. This approach to therapy leads to an increase of self-regulation, self-compassion, attention, curiosity, and a decrease in anxiety.
